XPEDITION
I was tasked with creating a restaurant concept for a community kitchen cookbook and menu system. The goal was to make a kitchen that had a unique way of giving back to it’s community. Xpedition was my family-friendly restaurant solution: A Californian chain located near national parks that focused on the idea that cryptids are real.
The owners wanted to inspire younger generations to get out and explore through the use of fantasy and fictional creatures. As for giving back - Xpedition had set up their own geocaching within the national parks. People would pay to join the hunt and the proceeds would go towards protecting wildlife.
